Circular of the Minister of Public Works No. 02 / SE / M / 2010 about Enforcement Guidelines for Planning and Hanging Bridge Construction Work For Pedestrians

CIRCULAR LETTER
No. 02 / SE / M / 2010
In order to implement Article 78, Government Regulation Indonesia Number 34 of 2006 on the road, need determination guidelines road management regarding the planning and execution of construction suspension bridge for pedestrians with the following conditions:

1. GENERAL, This Circular Letter issued to become a reference for planners and / or implementing the plan and / or carry out the construction of the bridge hanging for pedestrians. The purpose of this guideline is set to be a suspension bridge construction walkers can meet the necessary factors in the design, construction to maintenance. Enforcement of this Circular for Echelon I and Echelon II in the neighborhood Department of Public Works to be used properly, whereas for the Governors and Regents / Mayors throughout Indonesia in order to used as a reference as needed.
2. MATERIAL CONTENT Guidelines for the planning and construction of a suspension bridge pedestrian load planning and execution, including maintenance superstructure, substructure and foundation for the suspension bridge pedestrian traffic with a maximum of 120 m main span.
